Concert & Festival Event Management
Affinity Events are able to create and manage large scale indoor and outdoor events. Whether it be an indoor concert or a full blown music festival, our event & production management team have the experience and knowledge to make your event a success.
From the early stages of planning a budget, finding a venue and applying for licences, our team can provide a supporting role to get your event ideas off the ground. We can then specify, book and manage all infrastructure, contractors and technical equipment.
We can arrange and manage site facilities – toilets, venues, fencing, offices and dressing rooms. We can manage all aspects of health & safety and collect and collate paperwork from suppliers.
Site Planning
Affinity Events have extensive experience in the design and management of event, concert and festival sites. From events for a few hundred, to sites for several thousand, we have the knowledge, experience and understanding to design a site which will work for the event organisers, event management and for the guests or delegates at the event.
Our site plans will help you to visualise your event, providing the necessary resource to assist in any planning or licensing applications so that when working with the local authority planning office, fire departments and site contractors (not to mention event planning and programming managers) we will produce a site plan that will encourage guests to fully explore your event, focussing on one or more focal points within the site.
Our designs also allow for the cost effective and efficient use of resources, such as power supplies, staging and temporary venues.
