One of the most important elements of your event are the customers that attend. Whether they are paying, or the event is free to them, it is important that all of the delegates receive excellent customer service. This service element starts at the delegate registration stage – whether they are registering over the phone, online or by post.
No matter how large or small your event, the registration and management of delegates, visitors and event guests can be time consuming, costly and difficult to administer. At Affinity Events we can manage the entire process - from taking enquiries and bookings (online, by phone, post, fax or email) to allocating bedrooms, allocating seminars, collating guest details (such as dietary requirements or special needs) taking registrations on the day, providing badges, creating partner programmes and dealing with guest requests.
Our delegate management services can be completely stand alone, but should you choose, we can also assist with venue finding, conference management and technical equipment.
