When planning any event which involves customers camping, a number of key factors need to be taken into account which are beyond the normal event management practises. Specialist knowledge, site design and on-site management is required – as well as additional infrastructure and event health and safety management.
Undertaking a camping event – even for a few hundred – is not as easy as a few years ago.
