Event Infrastructure Management
Our infrastructure management services enable Affinity Events to manage all site equipment, technical provision and temporary structures on behalf of the client. Primarily aimed at the outdoor events market, our services include the designing of the event site, procurement of temporary site services (such as water, sewerage and power) and the onsite installation of these services.
Our team will oversee all contractors, ensuring that they work within health and safety guidelines, are correctly insured and provide the solution required within budget and on time.
We will work with your creative and programming teams to gain an understanding of your requirements, working to your budget to deliver the event that you want for the cost you have allocated.
