Affinity Events is an event management company.

Our service includes all elements of the event planning process, according to our clients' requirements.

We can be involved in as much of the planning as is helpful, attending as many of your meetings as you want us to. We can help find venues, set realistic budgets and source equipment. Our production teams provide technical support, whether you require basic lighting and sound or the very latest in audio-visual systems. We will provide whatever staff support your event requires.

Affinity is there to support and work alongside you. We want to ensure things run smoothly, to time and to budget in a safe and secure way. We will get involved in as much or as little of your event as you require: this means you can concentrate on the areas you enjoy, experience the event for yourself and focus on those attending.

Our clients often find our presence invaluable on site, during the event itself.

On-site Management

If you decide to use Affinity Events during your event, our team of managers, production staff, assistants and crew will be totally committed to you.

We will work with you to keep an eye on the venues, ensure all parts of the event run to time, continually check Health & Safety matters and respond to last-minute changes or challenges that arise.

Your team maintains control of the site – Affinity remains there to ensure issues we can help with are addressed quickly and effectively.

There is usually a lot of work to be done after an event. We are able to look after departures and de-rig of a site and will stay until all contractors have gone and everything is restored to its original condition. We will hand the venue back to its owners, making sure they are satisfied.
