Affinity Events is an event management company – we provide event management solutions throughout the UK and Europe and specialise in providing event management services to charities, not for profit organisations and businesses – with particular focus on the management of Christian events.
Our services include all elements of the event planning process – from finding the venue and setting the event budget, to managing the event on the day and providing full staffing and support. Our event production management teams provide technical support for your event – from lighting and sound to the latest audio visual systems.
As event managers we are there to support your event and to ensure that your event runs smoothly, to time and to budget in a safe and secure way for all those working at, or attending your event. We will event project manage as much or as little of your event as you require, releasing your teams to enjoy the event and focus on your attendees.
