Affinity Events specialise in organising meetings and seminar led events for just a handful of people to a few thousand delegates. Our expertise and experience allows us to help manage all eventualities – from the most simple meeting to multi-track seminar led events.
In the planning of your meeting or seminar, our venue finding experience will allow us to find a venue to suit all of your requirements, budget and the requirements of your delegates.
We can tailor our online event booking solution to include multiple events, with various capacities and requirements - allowing your delegates to book in their own time and at their own convenience – and allowing you to remain safe in the knowledge that our team have a clear understanding of booking levels to ensure that no event will overbook and lead to disappointed customers.
On site our team of event managers, delegate hosts and technical staff will be on hand to help with the management of your meeting or seminar – no matter how many breakout rooms, simultaneous tracks and delegates you have. We have organised and planned events with up to 30 different simultaneous tracks for over 2,000 delegates – and we can of course help with all elements of your speakers’ technical requirements – from the simplest sound systems to seminar recording and complex interactive audio visual solutions.
