The Company
On Site Event Management
Once the time comes to put your event plan into practise, Affinity Events will be at your side to ensure the smooth implementation of the event.
Our event management team (including event managers, production managers, event assistants and event crew) will work with you and your team to ensure that the entire event site is built to your specification, on time, and in line with all of the latest health & safety legislation and requirements.
Our team will hand the site over to your team, but remain on site to ensure that any issues or problems are addressed quickly and effectively. We will maintain a 'skeleton' crew who will be on call to maintain the site, move any equipment or address any hazards.
Once the event is complete, our team will take control of the breakup and de-rig of the site, and stay with the contractors until the site is returned to the condition it was received in. We will then undergo a handover back to the venue owners to ensure the site is in a satisfactory condition.
