Keith is Managing Director of Affinity Events and has a wealth of technical expertise in a range of areas including telecommunications, laboratory automation and sound engineering. Keith’s main loves are IT, AV, logistics and communication systems. He can fix anything from washing machines to vision mixers and is sad when things are manufactured with sealed units as he can’t pull them apart to see how they work.

Jenni is a graphic designer and is the creative eye behind many of our clients’ event graphics and branding. She is intensely neat and organised and so running Affinity’s delegate services and abstract management departments satisfies what may otherwise become OCD. She loves both working behind the scenes and putting faces to familiar names while attending events. She also drinks lots of tea – wherever she is.

Dom is senior project manager within Affinity Events. His experience is in all things technical and he can usually be found either behind a sound desk or a lighting desk. Dom has a passion for creating and making impossible ideas possible, loves music and watching films and is Affinity’s resident board game geek. At events…

Jo’s varied past experience in the pharmaceutical industry brings much to Affinity. She doesn’t drink tea but thinks fast, types even faster and never gets lost. She is great at finding new ways to look at things, prioritising tasks and organising disorganised people. Working from the office, at home or away at an event is all the same to her – she accepts every new challenge with energy, enthusiasm and a huge smile.

Lisa’s past roles in law administration are perfectly suited to her role of exhibition manager. In the run up to events, she somehow finds time in between walking Hugo the dog and managing a busy household to ensure that information is sent out, deadlines are kept, and the whole exhibition side of the meeting runs…

Russell is a bit of an IT genius and possesses the ability to fix most things and never panic – even when last minute changes or challenges are thrown at him. His main areas are IT and AV, but he’s happy to help out in any capacity and hugs colleagues when they are stressed – so he’s great to have around at events. When he’s not working for Affinity, Russell runs his own video company, SharedMedia.TV.

Matt has been engineering for the past decade in all types of events. From corporate to large scale music festivals, this time has seen his skills honed and seen him graduate with first class honours in sound engineering. Matt loves to travel and is happy that work has taken him all over Europe. Matt is married to Hannah and in his spare time he plays guitar and fronts international band The Identity.
