Are you struggling to find a venue for your next event? Is venue finding taking a lot of time? Either the location is great (but the facilities aren’t) – or the venue is the best you have ever seen (but it is in the middle of nowhere at a price you can’t afford).
At Affinity Events we are well aware of the problems of finding venues, as well as how time consuming and expensive it can be. Our Event Managers are highly experienced at finding suitable venues for events – over the years we’ve specified, located and managed events in hundreds of venues all over the UK and beyond – we’ve working in every major hotel chain, including SAS Radisson, Park Plaza, Hilton and Marriott (as well as a large number of independent hotels including the world renown Celtic Manor Resort in South Wales).
We’ve also worked in venues such as the NIA, NEC, Nottingham Arena, London Arena, Excel, Blackpool Winter Gardens and the Business Design Centre.
Because we already know the venues, it will save you both time and money – we know how to negotiate the best prices for our clients and will ensure that the venue understand your requirements – so that there are no surprises when you arrive. We can deal with all of the booking and arrange technical equipment.
We will also ensure that the venue is safe and has adequate access to comply with the latest disability discrimination legislation and if required, one of our experienced venue consultants can visit your shortlisted venues to ensure that they meet all of you the necessary requirements for your event. It doesn’t matter whether you are looking for a conference venue or a festival site – we can look at the venue, make sure that it is of a suitable quality, and that all technical equipment will be appropriate to the venue.
Outdoor Venues
Affinity over a unique outdoor venue finding service, for concerts, festivals and outdoor shows. Whether you are looking for a single day concert or a multi-day festival we can help. We make use of venues that are currently used for events, or if necessary find venues and make them suitable for event use. We have great experience in placing outdoor events – we look at site access, traffic planning, onsite infrastructure, site layout and licensing.
