She undertakes the crucial task of venue finding and oversees exhibition management, ensuring that all logistical elements are in place and deadlines are met by all parties. She is a skilled meeting facilitator and is great at keeping people to task. Vicki loves to understand the why and how of her role and often reflects on past experiences and suggests simple changes for an even smoother experience the next time. She runs on feedback, good coffee and laughter.
